It’s so exciting to be at the helm of such a supportive, qualified and experienced team. After working with small business for more than 15 years I understand the stress of compliance and the confusion it brings.

The constant weight of staying in front of your financial data is exhausting for most. The funny thing is, I love it.

So... I thought I would provide a way to help those in business who just want to get on with providing great service and products for their customers and clients.

I am a registered BAS Agent, Xero Gold Partner and QBO Pro advisor and I love seeing the relief that comes when people begin to understand their numbers and clarify their workflow!

When I’m not at work I really enjoy snowboarding, making music and a quiet G&T with friends. I’m a wife of 20 years and a mum of teenagers so life is never dull.


I really love working at Paper Maid Solutions as I get to work with small businesses and see them grow.

I qualified as an Accountant in March 2007 in Ireland and moved to Australia in June 2007. In my early days here I worked in finance in the banking sector in Sydney CBD.

In 2015, my family and I moved to Orange to enjoy more family time and also to give me an opportunity to work in the area of accounting that I enjoyed the most which is working with small businesses.

I love to be able to impart to them the processes and procedures that will help them to move forward. It gives me great pleasure.

When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family and I really enjoy walking to keep fit.


I decided to do a small career change to bookkeeping after being in administration roles most of my working career.

I've always enjoyed working with numbers, and love that working with Paper Maid allows me to do that as well as support small businesses.

If my desire for detail and accuracy can help business owners make informed decisions and be profitable, this gives me great satisfaction.

Another great love of mine is baking! Cakes and desserts let me get a bit creative and I'll look for any occasion to try a new recipe. Eating them is definitely my favourite part.


My family and I moved to Orange from the UK in March 2020, and I joined the Paper Maid Solutions team in January 2021.

I started my career employed as an Event Manager for a multinational company in London, where I worked for almost 20 years.  A love of spreadsheets & numbers, the need to organise & create efficient systems for all things paper, and being a new mother to two very young boys led to me reducing my event management hours to evenings and weekends only in 2012, allowing me to take on an Accounts Administrator role within the same company during nursery hours. 

Joining Paper Maid Solutions, I feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to work with such a fantastic, supportive and knowledgeable group of ladies while I learn and gain further experience in supporting small businesses with day to day bookkeeping while I complete my Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

When I am not at work, I am a Mom to three gorgeous, loud and crazy boys who keep me on my toes. I cannot wait to explore more of this gorgeous country with them and my husband, in particular, all of the beautiful beaches they missed out on growing up in the much wetter and colder northern hemisphere.


I really enjoy working at Paper Maid Solutions. I work with a truly amazing,
exceptionally talented group of women, where supporting each other, and our clients is
paramount to our day to day thinking.

In my previous life I worked in Accounting practices in Orange. I have always worked in the accounting world (for more years than I care to mention) and love helping clients resolve issues within their businesses.

I love working with our clients to build solid relationships, while watching them improve
their procedures, become more efficient and ultimately grow their businesses so that they can achieve their goals in life.

When I’m not at work I love spending time with my family, pottering around our little farm and generally enjoying this beautiful country.


I trained in bookkeeping shortly after leaving school and during the early years of my career transitioned into various administrative roles in a small, medium and large organisations, encompassing the banking, travel, charitable, wholesale and industrial sectors.

Since moving to Orange in 2010, I have refocused my skills and retrained in bookkeeping (Cert IV), accounting (Cert IV) and micro-business management (Cert III).  I have enjoyed helping clients with their business compliance and streamlining their bookkeeping, and that is why I am so pleased to be a part of the talented team at Paper Maid Solutions.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as being in my workshop creating unique silver jewellery pieces.


I joined Papermaid Solutions in December 2020 after meeting Pauline and seeing what an inspiring work culture she has created, and also seeing how this business aims to empower small business owners to understand and utilise their financial records for better business practice.

My background is in management accounting, hospitality, sales and tourism in both big and small companies. My passion is for meaningful numbers, and putting this into practice by assisting real and local businesses. The need for compliance is ever increasing, and bookkeeping helps business owners navigate this with less stress, leaving them more time for what they are in business for, which is satisfying to us!

I look forward to learning more from this team of amazing (and funny!) women, and building relationships with our clients.

We moved our family of 5 from Sydney to the bush a few years ago, and I love to spend my spare time at home on our farm, and catching up with friends and family.


I'm a qualified Administrator with a creative side!

After working across large companies I have moved towards working with and supporting small businesses.  With this move and my background I could see a gap for support around workflow, design and administration.

I love that we can assist small businesses with their pain points and help build strong foundations.

When I'm not at work you can find me working on a creative project, baking or going out for a chai latte while exploring the local area.


I have worked in a variety of accounts and administration roles across a number of sectors. I have loved the challenge in each position but really enjoy the opportunity to focus and learn that working at Papermaid provides. I see our role as a supporting one and it is so great to be able to work with a variety of clients.

I was born and raised in the Central West and Blue Mountains and after a number of years in Sydney, the Coffs and Gold Coasts returned to the are around 12 years ago.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family above all else. We have 4 wonderful, crazy, talented daughters and we are so excited to see where life takes them.
